This page describes some of the different processes we use for printing on our products.

All our postage includes First Class Recorded or International Signed for.
Our aim is to offer good quality goods with a prompt and reliable service.
Most items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, this is of course subject to the Post Office Hours.
Proof of postage is always obtained when we post items and normally when you receive notice of dispatch you should also see the tracking number.

Garment Printing


Sublimation Our items are 100% polyester fabric giving a premium full colour photographic quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. Sublimation dyes are not opaque and therefore the printable items need to be white or a pastel colour. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Sublimation printed T-Shirt


Subli-flock Our items are either 100% polyester fabric, 100% cotton or polycotton blends. The high density fibres in subli-flock give a textured feel perfect for lettering, numbers and logos onto sports and leisurewear. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Premium Flock The high density fibres give textured feel perfect for lettering, numbers and logos onto sports and leisurewear. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Premium Flex High quality cast polyurethane film with a matt reflection free surface and a thermally activated adhesive. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Fashion Range This range of fashion based designs and unique surface finishes. It is washable up to 60oC and suitable for dry cleaning.

Transfer These items allows full colour images to be printed to items giving the opportunity for photographs to be printed on to garments It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Glow in the Dark This vinyl is a totally organic luminescent product. The unique ink combinations transfer charges in normal light and then "glow" when in reduced light or darkness. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Rhinestones Our items are either 100% polyester fabric, 100% cotton or polycotton blends. It is washable up to 40oC inside out and iron on reverse, do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Other Printed Items


Sublimation Our mugs come in a range of sizes, our most common size is 11oz and are dishwasher safe. All of our sublimation products have a polymer coating giving a premium full colour photographic quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the substrate.

Domed Our domed products are inkjet printed and uses a high quality crystal clear resin which needs the minimum of 48hrs to set depending on size and design.

Water slide transfer Our candles are produces using a laser printed clear water slide vinyl, this is then over dipped in clear wax to protect the image. They come in many size and are used for display purpose only.

Laser printed vinyl Our fridge magnets are produced using laser printed vinyl this is then applied to a magnetic backing and covered with a protective film.

Laser printed laminated Our window signs are produced using laser printed card and then laminated both side for durability, they are also supplied with a sucker so they can be attached to glass.

Sign Vinyls Our range of gloss/matt vinyl is an opaque, coloured film for short to medium term applications. It is very conformable, being able to be used on smooth, textured and contoured surfaces It is an 70 micron calendered film with an exterior life of 3-5 years and is available in a varity of colours. We can also supply vinyls with an exterior life of up to 10-12 years as well as a wide range of other vinyls for many applications.

Domed Vinyls Our range of gloss/matt vinyl is an opaque, coloured film for short to medium term applications. It is very conformable, being able to be used on smooth, textured and contoured surfaces It is an 70 micron calendered film with an exterior life of 3-5 years and is available in a varity of colours. This vinyl is then domed using a high quality crystal clear resin which needs the minimum of 48hrs to set depending on size and design.

Wall Vinyls Our range of gloss/matt vinyl is an opaque, coloured film for short to medium term applications. It is very conformable, being able to be used on smooth, textured and contoured surfaces It is an 70 micron calendered film and is available in a varity of colours.

Banner Vinyls Our range of banners are contructed using 14oz/396 g/m2 base layer banner vinyl. On top of this we use superflex banner vinyl that has a semi gloss finish with an exteror life of 3 years.
