All goods shall remain the property of DC Graphic Designs until such goods have been paid for in full.
All goods will be despatched within 28 days.
Payment must be made in full with order.
Cheque payments will result in orders being delayed for despatch until such funds have cleared.
All goods shipped will be as described on the website.
All colours and sizes are for guidance only.
All goods are subject to availability
Any shortages must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt via telephone on 07957 134194
No returns will be accepted unless you have first obtained a returns number on the above phone number and all returns must be in their original condition including packaging.
Goods that are personalised with text, photos, logos etc can not be returned unless they are faulty.

DC Graphic Designs reserve the right to supply a like for like product if your requirement is out of stock. This means that you could receive a different brand product of the same/similar quality.
DC Graphic Designs reserve the right to display your finished product on our website as a sample for other customers to view.
Please state on your order if you prefer us not to display your finished product on our website.
Multiple items can be provided at a discount rate, this may vary due to item and design
5% on under 25 items
10% on over 25 items
15% on over 50 items
20% on over 75 items
